“حسن علام” للعربية: 2.5 مليار دولار قيمة مشروعاتنا في السعودية حالياً

قال رئيس مجلس الإدارة والرئيس التنفيذي لمجموعة حسن علام القابضة، المهندس حسن علام، إن قيمة مشروعات المجموعة في السعودية حالياً تقدر بنحو 2.5 مليار دولار.

وأضاف علام في مقابلة مع “العربية Business” أن السعودية تمثل السوق الثانية للمجموعة بعد السوق المصرية، وتمثل مشروعاتنا في المملكة نحو 25% من إجمالي محفظة مشاريع الشركة حول العالم.

وأوضح أن المشروعات في السعودية تتركز في الرياض بمناطق مركز الملك عبدالله المالي (KAFD) والدرعية إضافة إلى مشروع في نيوم.

وتوقع الانتهاء من تنفيذ مشروع المونوريل في (KAFD) خلال النصف الأول 2027.

وعن توقيع مجموعة حسن علام القابضة مشروع “والدورف أستوريا” مع شركة الدرعية، قال الرئيس التنفيذي لمجموعة حسن علام القابضة، إن المشروع عبارة عن فندق 5 نجوم يضم 200 غرفة و47 وحدة سكنية بالإضافة إلى الشق الإداري والتجاري.

وأضاف أن مدينة الرياض تشهد تحولاً لتصبح من أحدث وأهم عواصم مجموعة ال20، ما يتطلب زيادة الغرف الفندقية والمشاريع السياحية.

وأوضح أن قيمة المشروع تبلغ نحو 2.7 مليار ريال سعودي بمدة تنفيذ تصل إلى 32 شهراً، مشيراً إلى أن دور “حسن علام” يقتصر على المقاولات والتنفيذ، بينما تتولى شركة الدرعية مسؤولية المبيعات.

مطارا القاهرة والغردقة

وفي سياق آخر، كشف عن تأهل تحالف يقوده حسن علام للتقدم بعرض لإدارة وتشغيل مطار الغردقة في مصر، فيما تقدم بعرض لإدارة وتشغيل مطار القاهرة وهو حالياً قيد الدراسة لدى الجهات المعنية.
