حقيقة طباعة عملات ورقية جديدة.. “المركزي” المصري يحسم الجدل

قال البنك المركزي المصري اليوم الأربعاء إنه لا صحة لطباعة عملات ورقية جديدة من فئات 25 و50 قرشًا والجنيه الورقي، مؤكدًا أنه لا يتم حاليًا طباعة أي إصدارات جديدة من هذه الفئات من العملات الورقية.

وأوضح البنك المركزي في بيان، أن العملات الورقية المتداولة حاليًا من هذه الفئات هي من الإصدارات السابقة، وتتمتع بقوة إبراء قانونية، وتستمر في التداول بالسوق المصرية إلى حين انتهاء عمرها الافتراضي ودورتها النقدية.

وأكد البنك المركزي المصري أن جميع التقارير المتعلقة بالنقد المُصدر من الفئات المذكورة أعلاه تتضمن إجمالي الإصدارات الورقية التي طُرحت منذ بدء إصدارها، والتي لا تزال متداولة حتى الآن جنبًا إلى جنب مع العملات المعدنية.

وأشار البنك إلى أن أي إصدارات جديدة من فئات الـ25 والـ50 والـ100 قرش خلال الأعوام الماضية كانت عملات معدنية فقط.
