حكم التنازل عن شقة من الإسكان الاجتماعي مقابل المال.. دار الإفتاء تجيب

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

  • أكدت دار الإفتاء وجوب التزام المستفيد من وحدات الإسكان الاجتماعي بشروط عقد التخصيص.
  • لا يجوز التنازل عن الوحدة السكنية لغيرها مقابل مال إلا بعد استيفاء الشروط القانونية.
  • يُحظر التصرف في الوحدات السكنية قبل مرور خمس سنوات من تاريخ استلامها أو الحصول على موافقة مجلس إدارة الصندوق.
  • يُعاقب المخالفون لهذه الأحكام بالحبس والغرامة المالية مع رد الوحدة السكنية إلى الصندوق.
