حكم قضائي بعدم دستورية وضع حد أقصى للمقابل النقدي لإجازات أعضاء هيئة البحوث

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

قضت المحكمة الدستورية العليا بعدم دستورية وضع حد أقصى للمقابل النقدي لإجازات أعضاء هيئة البحوث.
يتعلق الحكم بنص المادة 41 من قرار رئيس الجمهورية رقم 316 لسنة 1994 بشأن المركز القومي لبحوث المياه.
أُلغيت القيود التي كانت تحدد المقابل النقدي لرصيد الإجازات الاعتيادية بما لا يتجاوز أجر أربعة أشهر.
صدر الحكم في الدعوى رقم 46 لسنة 46 قضائية دستورياً بعد إحالة ملف من المحكمة الإدارية العليا.

قضت المحكمة الدستورية العليا، برئاسة المستشار بولس فهمي إسكندر، رئيس المحكمة، بعدم دستورية نص الفقرة
