حكم قضائي ينصف طالبا بحقوق بني سويف، زيادة درجاته في مادتين بعد ثبوت أخطاء التصحيح

قضت محكمة القضاء الإداري ببني سويف بإلغاء قرار إعلان نتيجة طالب بكلية الحقوق جزئيا.
أمرت المحكمة بزيادة درجات الطالب في مادتي القانون المدني والتنفيذ الجبري بعد ثبوت أخطاء التصحيح.
عدلت المحكمة درجات الطالب في مادة القانون المدني إلى 14 درجة وفي مادة التنفيذ الجبري إلى 11 درجة.

قضت محكمة القضاء الإداري بمجلس الدولة في بني سويف، الدائرة الرابعة والثلاثين «أفراد»، بإلغاء قرار إعلان نتيجة أحد طلاب كلية الحقوق بجامعة بني سويف جزئيًا، فيما تضمنه من تقدير درجاته في مادتي القانون المدني والتنفيذ الجبري، مع ما يترتب على ذلك من آثار، أبرزها زيادة درجات الطالب في المادتين، بعد ثبوت أحقيته في درجات إضافية وفقًا لتقارير اللجان الفنية المختصة.
