حماس: تكريم نافي بيلاي خطوة مهمة في مسار المساءلة الدولية عن جرائم الحرب في غزة

اعتبرت حركة حماس تكريم نافي بيلاي خطوة مهمة في مسار المساءلة الدولية عن جرائم الحرب في غزة.
أكدت الحركة أن تقرير لجنة التحقيق الدولية الذي ترأسته بيلاي يثبت ارتكاب جريمة الإبادة الجماعية.
دعت الحركة المجتمع الدولي لملاحقة مجرمي الحرب ومحاسبتهم أمام المحاكم الدولية لوقف سياسة الإفلات من العقاب.
رفضت وزارة الخارجية الإسرائيلية إعلان لجنة نوبل منح جائزة نوبل للسلام لعام 2026 للقاضية نافي بيلاي.

رحّبت حركة حماس بفوز الحقوقية والقاضية الجنوب إفريقية نافي بيلاي بجائزة نوبل للسلام معتبرة هذا التكريم إقرارا دوليا جديدا بالجرائم التي ارتكبها الاحتلال بحق الشعب الفلسطيني.
