حماية المستهلك تكشف ضوابط الجمعة البيضاء 2026.. وعقوبات تصل إلى مليوني جنيه

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

  • أعلن جهاز حماية المستهلك ضوابط لضمان جدية العروض الترويجية خلال موسم الجمعة البيضاء.
  • يلزم الجهاز التجار بالإعلان عن السعر قبل الخصم وبعده لضمان شفافية التخفيضات.
  • يُحظر على التجار فرض حد أدنى للمشتريات للاستفادة من التخفيضات أو حرمان المستهلكين من حقوق الاستبدال والاسترجاع.
  • تصل العقوبات المقررة قانوناً على الإعلانات المضللة والممارسات الخادعة إلى مليوني جنيه أو مثلي قيمة المنتج.
