حوافز للشركات العاملة فى جمع ونقل وتدوير المخلفات؟.. تعرف عليها

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

ينص القانون رقم 202 لسنة 2020 على تقديم حوافز تمويلية وفنية للشركات العاملة في جمع ونقل وتدوير المخلفات البلدية.
يتم تقديم هذه الحوافز للمشروعات المتوسطة والصغيرة ومتناهية الصغر بالتعاون بين جهاز تنمية المشروعات وجهاز تنظيم إدارة المخلفات.
تحدد اللائحة التنفيذية للشروط اللازمة للحصول على التمويل المخصص لتعزيز دور الشركات في منظومة إدارة المخلفات.
يلتزم الجهاز بالاشتراك مع الجهات الإدارية بوضع نظام لتحفيز المشروعات الخاصة بإعادة تدوير ومعالجة مخلفات الهدم والبناء.

يعمل القانون رقم 202 لسنة 2020 بإصدار قانون تنظيم إدارة المخلفات، على إنشاء جهاز يٌعنى بتنظيم وإدارة المخلفات ومتابعة ومراقبة كل العمليات المتعلقة بإدارة المخلفات..
