حيثيات الحكم بالسجن 15 سنة لعاطل بتهمة الاتجار في الحشيش ومقاومة السلطات بالسلام

حكمت محكمة جنايات القاهرة على عاطل بالسجن المشدد 15 سنة وغرامة 200 ألف جنيه بتهمة حيازة مخدرات بقصد الاتجار.
ضبطت القوة الأمنية المتهم بمنطقة السلام وبحوزته كمية من الحشيش و20 قرصا من عقار الترامادول وسلاح أبيض.
أثبت تقرير المعمل الكيماوي أن المواد المضبوطة هي لجوهر الحشيش المخدر المدرج بالجدول الأول من قانون مكافحة المخدرات.
أدانت المحكمة المتهم بمقاومة أفراد القوة الأمنية أثناء ضبطه وحيازة سلاح أبيض دون مسوغ قانوني.

أودعت محكمة جنايات القاهرة حيثيات حكمها بمعاقبة عاطل بالسجن المشدد 15 سنة، وتغريمه 200 ألف جنيه، لاتهامه بحيازة مواد مخدرة بقصد الاتجار، وحيازة سلاح أبيض دون مسوغ قانوني، ومقاومة أفراد القوة الأمنية أثناء ضبطه بمنطقة السلام. وجاء في الحيثيات: إنه استقر في يقين المحكمة واطمأن وجدانها إلى ارتكاب المتهم
