حيثيات السجن 7 سنوات لتشكيل عصابي تخصص في التنقيب عن الآثار بالساحل

حكمت محكمة جنايات القاهرة على عاطلين بالسجن المشدد 7 سنوات لتشكيلهما عصابة تنقيب غير مشروع عن الآثار.
أدانت المحكمة المتهمين بعد ضبطهما داخل عقار بدائرة قسم شرطة الساحل وبحوزتهما أدوات الحفر.
أقر المتهمون أمام جهات التحقيق بارتكابهما الواقعة وممارسة أعمال التنقيب بحثا عن القطع الأثرية.
أكدت المحكمة أن جريمة التنقيب لا تشترط العثور فعليا على قطع أثرية بل يكفي ثبوت مباشرة أعمال الحفر بدون ترخيص.

أودعت محكمة جنايات القاهرة حيثيات حكمها بمعاقبة عاطلين بالسجن المشدد 7 سنوات، لاتهامهما ب التنقيب غير المشروع عن الآثار داخل أحد العقارات بدائرة قسم شرطة الساحل. وقالت المحكمة في حيثيات حكمها: إن واقعة الدعوى حسبما استقرت في يقينها واطمأن إليها وجدانها، مستخلصة من أوراق الدعوى وما تم فيها من تحقيقات،
