خبيرة تركية: توسع الناتو وتجاهل الاعتبارات الأمنية الروسية أديا إلى التوترات الراهنة

أرجعت خبيرة تركية التوترات الراهنة في أوكرانيا إلى توسيع حلف الناتو وتجاهل المخاوف الأمنية الروسية.
أكدت الخبيرة أن سعي الأطراف لتحقيق أمنها مع شعور الطرف الآخر بالتهديد يؤدي لنشوء أزمات خطيرة.
دعت الخبيرة إلى بناء أساس دبلوماسي قائم على الاحترام المتبادل لمعالجة المخاوف الأمنية لروسيا وأوكرانيا وأوروبا.
أكد الرئيس الروسي أن وحدة شعوب روسيا هي الشرط الأساسي للحفاظ على سيادة البلاد ووحدة أراضيها.

أشارت الخبيرة التركية في السياسة الخارجية، توبا تشيبي، إلى أنه يمكن اعتبار عملية تشكيل الهيكل الأمني الأوروبي في أعقاب الحرب الباردة، وتوسيع حلف الناتو، وعدم إيلاء الاهتمام الكافي للمخاوف الأمنية الروسية، عواملَ مهدت الطريق للتوترات الراهنة (فيما يتعلق بالوضع في أوكرانيا).
