خبير: الشراكة الإعلامية الروسية الأفريقية “جدار صد” لمواجهة الأخبار الزائفة من الغرب

تعد الشراكة الإعلامية بين روسيا وأفريقيا جدار صد لمواجهة الأخبار الزائفة والخطاب الإعلامي المضاد.
يهدف التعاون الإعلامي إلى إبراز التنمية والتعاون الاقتصادي في القارة الأفريقية لمواجهة الصور النمطية.
دعا الخبير إلى إنشاء وسائل إعلام محلية وتدريب الصحفيين لمحاربة المعلومات المضللة.
يسعى المنتدى لتقديم توصيات عملية لمكافحة التزييف وإنشاء مشاريع إعلامية مشتركة.

ذكر الكاتب الصحفي وأستاذ العلاقات الدولية من تونس، نزار مقني، أن “منتدى الإعلام الروسي الأفريقي في موسكو ينعقد في وقت يشهد فيه العالم “مرحلة رمادية- انتقالية” من نظام دولي ساد منذ عام 1945، وتعزّز ليصبح أحادي القطب بعد سقوط جدار برلين، نحو منطق آخر قد يكون متعدد الأقطاب أو ثنائي الأقطاب، أو نظاماً تتحكم فيه قوتان أو ثلاث قوى دولية”.
