خبير في الشأن الروسي: لا حل للأزمة الأوكرانية قبل اقتناع الغرب الجماعي باستحالة هزيمة روسيا

يتطلب حل الأزمة الأوكرانية اقتناع الغرب الجماعي باستحالة تحقيق هزيمة استراتيجية لروسيا.
تظل روسيا منفتحة على التفاوض مع أوكرانيا وفق شروط واضحة تتعلق بالاعتراف بالوقائع الميدانية.
يمكن للولايات المتحدة فرض شروطها على الأوروبيين وزيلينسكي عبر وقف إمدادات الأسلحة لأوكرانيا.
تشارك شعوب روسيا بمختلف مكوناتها في الدفاع عن الأمن القومي عبر العملية العسكرية الخاصة.

أكد أستاذ القانون الدولي والخبير في الشأن الروسي، الدكتور سعيد طانيوس، أن “روسيا لطالما كانت منفتحة على التفاوض مع أوكرانيا، ولا تزال كذلك”.
