خطة النواب توافق على مقترح النائبة هدير رائف بتخصيص 5% من سيارات «تحيا مصر» لذوي الإعاقة

  • وافقت لجنة الخطة والموازنة بمجلس النواب على مقترح تخصيص نسبة 5% من مركبات مشروع تحيا مصر لصالح الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة.
  • يهدف المقترح إلى تمكين ذوي الإعاقة اقتصاديا من خلال امتلاك مركبات تستخدم في أنشطة مدرة للدخل.
  • يتطلب المقترح النص على النسبة صراحة في مواد مشروع القانون لضمان تكافؤ الفرص لهذه الفئة.
  • يتضمن مشروع القانون إعفاء المركبات المخصصة للشباب من خمسة أنواع من الضرائب والرسوم لخفض تكلفتها.

وافقت لجنة الخطة والموازنة بمجلس النواب، خلال اجتماعها أمس الاثنين، على مقترح الدكتورة هدير رائف، عضو المجلس، بتخصيص نسبة 5% من المركبات المقرر طرحها ضمن المشروع القومي لتشغيل الشباب
