خطوات تجديد بطاقة التأمين الصحي لأصحاب المعاشات، وأهم الأوراق المطلوبة

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

  • تتيح الهيئة العامة للتأمين الصحي استخراج وتجديد البطاقات العلاجية لأصحاب المعاشات عبر مراكز إصدار البطاقات التابعة لها.
  • تسهل الإجراءات الجديدة تجديد البطاقة باستخدام الرقم القومي فقط دون الحاجة لتقديم طابعة تأمينية ببيان المعاش.
  • يتطلب استخراج البطاقة لأول مرة تقديم استمارة اشتراك مميكنة، وصورة بطاقة الرقم القومي، وصور شخصية، وطابعة ببيان المعاش.
