خلى بالك.. تعريض الطفل للخطر معاقب بالحبس والغرامة فى القانون

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

  • يعاقب القانون مرتكب فعل تعريض الطفل للخطر بالحبس والغرامة في حالات محددة.
  • تشمل حالات الخطر تهديد سلامة التنشئة أو تعرض الطفل للإهمال أو العنف أو الاستغلال.
  • يعد حرمان الطفل من التعليم أو الحضانة أو التعرض للمواد المخدرة من حالات الخطر.
  • تتراوح عقوبة الحبس من ستة أشهر إلى غرامة من ألفي إلى خمسة آلاف جنيه.

حدد قانون الطفل رقم 12 لسنة 1996 والمعدل بالقانون رقم 126 لسنة 2008 الحالات التي إذا وجدت يعتبر الطفل معرضا للخطر ويستوجب معاقبة مرتكب الفعل بالحبس والغرامة.
