دراسة تكشف انتشار النميمة بين الموظفين في ألمانيا .. متى يتحول الحديث عن الزملاء والمديرين إلى سبب للفصل من العمل؟

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

أظهر استطلاع أن 53 في المئة من الموظفين في ألمانيا يتحدثون بسلبية عن زملائهم أو رؤسائهم مرة واحدة شهرياً على الأقل.
تعد الإهانات الشخصية والتصريحات التشهيرية والاتهامات المسيئة مخالفات قانونية قد تؤدي إلى الفصل الفوري من الوظيفة.
تزداد خطورة النميمة قانونياً عند توثيقها في رسائل البريد الإلكتروني أو مجموعات المحادثة بين الموظفين.
يُسمح للموظفين بانتقاد قرارات الإدارة والتعبير عن استيائهم من ظروف العمل دون الوصول إلى حد الإهانة أو التشهير.

كشفت دراسة استقصائية حديثة أن أكثر من نصف الموظفين في ألمانيا يتحدثون بسلبية عن زملائهم أو رؤسائهم مرة واحدة على الأقل شهرياً، فيما قد تتحول بعض هذه الأحاديث إلى مشكلة قانونية تصل إلى الفصل من العمل.
