“دراية المالية” تحصل على تمويل بـ 300 مليون ريال من “البنك العربي الوطني”

“دراية المالية” تحصل على تمويل بـ 300 مليون ريال من “البنك العربي الوطني”

وقعت شركة دراية المالية بتاريخ 25 يونيو الحالي اتفاقية تسهيلات ائتمانية متوافقة مع أحكام الشريعة الإسلامية بقيمة 300 مليون ريال مع البنك العربي الوطني.

وأفادت الشركة في بيان على “تداول السعودية” اليوم الأحد أن أجل التمويل يمتد حتى تاريخ 31 أكتوبر 2026 وقابل للتمديد، والضمانات المقدمة مقابله سند لأمر.

وقالت الشركة إن الهدف من التسهيلات الائتمانية هو تمويل الأنشطة التشغيلية الرئيسية لشركة دراية بما في ذلك التوسع في خدمات الوساطة وتعزيز مجموعة منتجاتها.

وأشارت إلى أن الاتفاقية مؤرخة بتاريخ 8 أبريل 2026، لكن تم توقيعها ودخلت حيز التنفيذ بتاريخ 25 يونيو الحالي، وجددت الشركة التسهيلات الائتمانية القائمة والمتوافقة مع أحكام الشريعة الإسلامية بقيمة 54 مليون ريال مع البنك العربي الوطني، ليصل إجمالي قيمة التسهيلات الائتمانية الممنوحة للشركة من قبل البنك العربي الوطني إلى 354 مليون ريال.
