دعاوى قضائية تطعن على إجراءات جمعية الزمالك وقرار تأسيس شركة الكرة

بدأ أعضاء الجمعية العمومية اتخاذ إجراءات قانونية للطعن على قرار مجلس إدارة نادي الزمالك بشأن تأسيس شركة كرة القدم.
تستند الدعاوى القضائية إلى صدور دعوة الجمعية العمومية من المدير التنفيذي رغم انتهاء مدة توليه المنصب.
تتضمن الطعون اعتراضات على إبرام تعاقدات طويلة الأمد وتعديل نسبة ملكية النادي خلال جمعية عمومية عادية.
تطالب الدعاوى بإبطال موعد انعقاد الجمعية في يوم عمل لضمان مشاركة ما لا يقل عن 10 آلاف عضو.
