  • تمسك دفاع وكيل وزارة الري بالمنوفية بمرافعة النيابة العامة بشأن وقف مستحقات شركة بقيمة 300 مليون جنيه.
  • أكد الدفاع أن وزير الري هو من أمر بوقف صرف المستحقات وكلف جهاز التفتيش الفني بفحص الأعمال.
  • تضمن دفاع المتهم الأول الدفع ببطلان الإجراءات والتحريات والتسجيلات وانتفاء أركان جريمة الرشوة.
