دواء جديد لعلاج التهاب الكبد الوبائي «ب» يساعد على الشفاء.. تفاصيل

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

وافقت إدارة الغذاء والدواء الأمريكية على دواء هيبساغو كأول علاج مضاد للجينات لمرضى التهاب الكبد الوبائي المزمن من النوع ب.
يساعد الدواء بعض المرضى على السيطرة على الفيروس حتى بعد التوقف عن تناول الأدوية التقليدية.
يُعطى الدواء عن طريق الحقن تحت الجلد لمدة تصل إلى 24 أسبوعا بالتزامن مع العلاج الحالي.
يستهدف الدواء المادة الوراثية للفيروس لمساعدة الجهاز المناعي على السيطرة على العدوى.

وافقت إدارة الغذاء والدواء الأمريكية (FDA) على دواء هيبساغو (بيبيروفيرسين)، وهو علاج جديد لبعض البالغين المصابين بـ التهاب الكبد الوبائي المزمن من النوع “ب”.
