ديون الأسر في كوريا الجنوبية ترتفع إلى مستوى قياسي خلال الربع الثاني

أظهرت بيانات البنك المركزي الكوري الجنوبي الصادرة اليوم الأربعاء، ارتفاع ديون الأسر في كوريا الجنوبية خلال الربع الثاني بأسرع وتيرة لها منذ نحو خمس سنوات، لتسجل أعلى مستوى لها على الإطلاق، وسط تزايد الطلب على القروض المرتبطة بالسكن والاستثمار.

وأفادت البيانات الأولية بأن إجمالي ديون الأسر بلغ مستوى قياسياً قدره 1.43 تريليون دولار أميركي (2,019.8 تريليون وون كوري) في نهاية يونيو/حزيران، بزيادة قدرها 18.4 مليار دولار (25.9 تريليون وون) عن الأشهر الثلاثة السابقة، بحسب وكالة أنباء “يونهاب” الكورية الجنوبية.

ومثلت الزيادة على أساس ربع سنوي أكبر ارتفاع منذ الربع الثالث من عام 2021، عندما ارتفع الرصيد بمقدار 24.3 مليار دولار (34.8 تريليون وون).

وتشمل ديون الأسر عمليات الشراء الائتمانية والقروض التي تقدمها المؤسسات المالية للأسر.

وبلغت قروض الأسر 1.26 تريليون دولار (1,891.3 تريليون وون) في نهاية يونيو/حزيران، بزيادة قدرها 17.7 مليار دولار (24.9 تريليون وون) عن الأشهر الثلاثة السابقة، مسجلة بذلك أكبر زيادة على أساس ربع سنوي منذ الربع الثالث من عام 2021.

وارتفعت قروض الرهن العقاري بمقدار 8.1 مليار دولار (12.2 تريليون وون) لتصل إلى 794.5 مليار دولار (1,190.8 تريليون وون)، بينما زادت القروض غير المتعلقة بالرهن العقاري بمقدار 8.5 مليار دولار (12.8 تريليون وون) لتصل إلى 467.0 مليار دولار (700.5 تريليون وون).

وأظهرت أحدث النتائج أن المشتريات الائتمانية ارتفعت بمقدار 644 مليون دولار (900 مليار وون) على أساس ربع سنوي لتصل إلى 91.6 مليار دولار (128.5 تريليون وون)، متباطئة عن ارتفاع قدره 1 مليار دولار (1.4 تريليون وون) في الربع الأول.
