دي آي بي هولدينج تستعد لجمع 543 مليون دولار في أول اكتتاب بالإمارات خلال 2026

تستعد شركة دي آي بي هولدينج لجمع 543 مليون دولار عبر طرح عام أولي في سوق دبي المالي.
يتراوح النطاق السعري لأسهم الطرح بين 1.10 و1.15 درهم للسهم الواحد.
تطرح الشركة 1.74 مليار سهم تمثل 20% من رأس مالها البالغ 8676.22 مليون سهم.
يُتوقع إدراج الأسهم وبدء تداولها في سوق دبي المالي في 11 نوفمبر 2026.

وكالات _ تستعد شركة دي آي بي هولدينج، المالكة لمجمع دبي للاستثمار، إلى جمع ما يصل إلى 543 مليون دولار من خلال ‌طرح عام أولي في سوق دبي المالي، في أول عملية إدراج محتملة خلال العام الجاري في الإمارات.
