عرض رئيس مجلس السيادة السوداني على روسيا فرصاً استثمارية في قطاع التعدين وتطوير البنية التحتية والسكك الحديدية.
تضمن العرض إنشاء منطقة اقتصادية حرة على ساحل البحر الأحمر لتخزين الوقود والقمح وتوسيع التعاون في مجالات الطاقة والزراعة.
يواجه السودان تحديات في ضمان تحول استثمارات الذهب إلى عائدات حقيقية للخزينة العامة بدلاً من استغلالها في اقتصاد الحرب.
