رئيس “برلمانية الجبهة الوطنية”: توجيهات الرئيس السيسي بشأن تسجيل الأراضي تؤكد أن مصلحة المواطن تأتي في مقدمة أولوياته

ثمن النائب محمد أبو العينين توجيهات الرئيس السيسي بوقف العمل بالمنشور الفني الخاص بتعليق إجراءات تسجيل الأراضي بمحافظات دمياط والدقهلية وكفر الشيخ.
يتيح قرار وقف القيود المفروضة بموجب المنشورات الفنية رقم 8 لسنة 2026 و13 بتاريخ 4 نوفمبر 2026 للمواطنين استئناف إجراءات التسجيل والشهر والتعاملات العقارية.
يهدف القرار إلى حماية حقوق المواطنين وتيسير إجراءات تسجيل ملكياتهم الخاصة لضمان الاستقرار الاجتماعي والاقتصادي في المناطق المتضررة.
