رئيس جهاز حماية المستهلك: تطور أساليب الغش التجاري والتحايل على الضوابط المنظمة للأسواق يفرض تعزيزالرقابة على جميع حلقات تداول المنتجات

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

  • نفذ الفرع الإقليمي لجهاز حماية المستهلك بالدقهلية حملتين رقابيتين أسفرتا عن ضبط كميات كبيرة من المنتجات المخالفة.
  • أدت الحملة الأولى لضبط 83 طناً من زيوت السيارات مجهولة المصدر والمعدات المستخدمة في تعبئتها.
  • أحيلت الواقعتان إلى النيابة العامة لاتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية ضد ممارسات الغش التجاري والتحايل على الضوابط.

في إطار تكثيف الحملات الرقابية على الأسواق، والتصدي للممارسات التي من شأنها الإضرار بحقوق المستهلكين أو تعريضهم للمخاطر نتيجة تداول منتجات مجهولة المصدر أو غير مستوفاة للبيانات اللازمة، وحرصًا على إحكام الرقابة على مختلف حلقات تداول السلع والوصول إلى مصادر المنتجات المخالفة قبل طرحها بالأسواق، نفذ
