رائد الصالح: نوظف دبلوماسية الكوارث والإنسان السوري ركيزة أمننا الوطني

  • أكد وزير الطوارئ السوري رائد الصالح أن الاستثمار في الإنسان السوري وصون كرامته يمثلان الركيزة الأساسية للأمن الوطني.
  • تعتمد الحكومة على دبلوماسية الكوارث كأداة لبناء الشراكات الدولية وتجاوز الخلافات السياسية لتعزيز الاستقرار الداخلي.
