راندا مصطفى عن تعديلات صندوق تكريم الشهداء: لا تسقط حقوق المصابين بمرور عام

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

بدأ مجلس النواب مناقشة مشروع قانون لتعديل أحكام صندوق تكريم شهداء وضحايا ومفقودي ومصابي العمليات الحربية والإرهابية والأمنية وأسرهم.
تهدف التعديلات إلى معالجة إشكاليات التطبيق العملي وتيسير حصول المستفيدين على الخدمات والمزايا المقررة لهم.
تتضمن التعديلات إلغاء شرط مرور سنة على تحول العجز الجزئي إلى عجز كلي مستديم أو حدوث الوفاة لضمان عدم حرمان المصابين من حقوقهم.
تضمنت التعديلات إقرار رعاية رئيس الجمهورية للصندوق، وتنظيم الفئات المستفيدة من أحكام القانون، وإزالة المعوقات المالية والإجرائية عن المستحقين.

بدأ مجلس النواب، برئاسة المستشار هشام بدوي، خلال جلسته العامة المنعقدة اليوم الاثنين، مناقشة مشروع القانون المقدم من الحكومة بتعديل بعض أحكام قانون إنشاء صندوق تكريم شهداء
