رخصتك في مركزك.. محافظ الغربية يعتمد لوحات تحديث المخططات التفصيلية للأحوزة العمرانية المحدثة بعدد من القرى

اعتمد محافظ الغربية لوحات تحديث المخططات التفصيلية للأحوزة العمرانية المحدثة لعدد من القرى بمراكز طنطا وكفر الزيات والسنطة.
تهدف هذه الخطوة إلى تيسير إجراءات استخراج تراخيص البناء للمواطنين وتنظيم أعمال البناء داخل القرى.
يساهم تحديث المخططات في تحديد خطوط التنظيم والكتل العمرانية وتوفير قواعد واضحة لاستكمال إجراءات التراخيص.
تستهدف هذه الإجراءات تحقيق الانضباط العمراني، والحفاظ على الرقعة الزراعية، ودعم تنفيذ المرافق والخدمات بالمحافظة.
