رسميا نشر مرسوم العودة إلى الساعة القانونية بالمغرب في الجريدة الرسمية

بعد اعلان الحكومة العودة الى الساعة القانونية، صدر في عدد  الجريدة الرسمية بتاريخ 29 يونيو 2026 مرسوم  ينظم الساعة القانونية بالمملكة، يقضي بالعودة إلى التوقيت الزمني المتوسط لخط غرينيتش ابتداء من يوم الأحد 20 شتنبر 2026، منهيا العمل بالتوقيت الإضافي (غرينيتش +1).

ويقضي المرسوم الصادر في 9 محرم 1448 الموافق لـ25 يونيو 2026، بأنه عند حلول الساعة 2 صباحا من يوم الأحد 20 شتنبر سيتم تأخير الساعة بستين دقيقة بما يعيد اعتماد التوقيت القانوني للمملكة.

وجاء نشر المرسوم في الجريدة الرسمية عدد 7521 ليمنحه الصبغة التنفيذية، تمهيدا لدخول مقتضياته حيز التطبيق في التاريخ المحدد.

ومن المرتقب أن ينعكس هذا التغيير على مواقيت عمل الإدارات العمومية والمؤسسات التعليمية، إلى جانب خدمات النقل وعدد من المرافق والخدمات العمومية والخاصة التي ستقوم بملاءمة جداولها الزمنية مع التوقيت الجديد.

ويأتي هذا الإجراء في إطار تنظيم الساعة القانونية بالمملكة وفق المقتضيات الواردة في المرسوم، مع اقتراب موعد العودة إلى التوقيت الزمني المتوسط لخط غرينيتش.
