رسوم تبدأ من 10 جنيهات.. خطوات تسجيل ساقط قيد الميلاد والوفاة

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

حددت مصلحة الأحوال المدنية الإجراءات الرسمية لتسجيل وقائع الميلاد والوفاة التي لم يبلغ عنها خلال المدة القانونية.
يتطلب تسجيل ساقط قيد تقديم طلب بالنموذج الرسمي مع إرفاق المستندات المؤيدة للواقعة وفحصها من قبل الإدارة المختصة.
تختلف جهة إصدار قرار القيد حسب المدة الزمنية، حيث يوافق مدير الإدارة على الطلب قبل مرور عام، وتفحصه لجنة مختصة بعد مرور عام.
تحدد رسوم تسجيل ساقط القيد بـ 10 جنيهات إذا تم تقديم الطلب قبل عام، و15 جنيهاً إذا تم تقديمه بعد مرور عام.

حددت مصلحة الأحوال المدنية الإجراءات الرسمية لتسجيل وقائع الميلاد والوفاة التي لم يُبلّغ عنها خلال المدة القانونية المحددة، بهدف استكمال بيانات السجلات المدنية وإثبات هذه الوقائع بصورة رسمية. ساقط قيد وأوضحت مصلحة الأحوال المدنية أن وقائع الميلاد أو الوفاة التي لم يتم الإبلاغ عنها خلال المدة القانونية تُعرف باسم «ساقط قيد»، مشيرة إلى أن تسجيلها.
