رشا عبد العال: تطوير الإدارة الضريبية يتطلب تعزيز الثقة وتحسين جودة الخدمات

أكدت رئيسة مصلحة الضرائب المصرية أن تطوير الإدارة الضريبية يتطلب بناء الثقة مع المجتمع وتيسير الإجراءات وتحسين جودة الخدمات.
تركز المصلحة على الإصلاح المؤسسي وتبسيط الإجراءات وتعميق العلاقة مع مجتمع الأعمال لترسيخ شراكة قائمة على التعاون.
يتطلب نجاح الإصلاح الضريبي تغيير ثقافة التعامل مع الممول ليرى الالتزام الضريبي كمسؤولية وطنية ودعم للتنمية.
شددت على أهمية الاستثمار في العنصر البشري وتأهيل الكوادر لتوظيف التكنولوجيا بكفاءة وتقديم خدمات ضريبية أفضل.
