تواجه ليبيا ضغوطا اقتصادية بسبب ارتفاع فاتورة استيراد المحروقات وتسرب كميات كبيرة من الوقود المدعوم إلى الأسواق الخارجية.
كشفت مراجعات رقابية عن اختلالات في منظومة التوريد والقياس وتوزيع المحروقات، مع رصد فروق مالية في علاوات التوريد لعام 2024.
أفادت تقارير أممية بأن ليبيا استوردت وقوداً بقيمة 8.9 مليارات دولار، مع فقدان نحو 4.4 مليارات دولار بسبب التهريب.
تتطلب معالجة الأزمة تطوير البنية التحتية، وتحديث أجهزة القياس، وتفعيل الرقابة لضمان وصول الدعم لمستحقيه وحماية الموارد العامة.

تواجه ليبيا فاتورة متزايدة لاستيراد الوقود بلغت 8.9 مليارات دولار خلال 9 أشهر، وسط تقديرات بتهريب 30% إلى 40% من المحروقات المدعومة، واختلالات رقابية تثير تساؤلات بشأن كفاءة إدارة الموارد النفطية.
