رغم حكم الإعدام.. الشيخة حسينة تتعهد بالعودة إلى بنغلاديش هذا العام

أكدت رئيسة وزراء بنغلاديش السابقة، الشيخة حسينة، عزمها العودة إلى بلادها خلال العام الجاري، رغم صدور حكم بالإعدام غيابيا بحقها بتهم تتعلق بارتكاب جرائم ضد الإنسانية، معتبرة أن القضية ضدها ذات دوافع سياسية، وأنها لا تخشى الموت.

وفي مقابلة بثتها قناة هندية، قالت حسينة « إن الإجراءات التي أفضت إلى الحكم غير قانونية وغير دستورية »، مشيرة إلى أنها واجهت مؤامرات عديدة خلال مسيرتها السياسية، لكنها تمكنت من تجاوزها. وأضافت أنها انتُخبت رئيسة للوزراء خمس مرات بإرادة الشعب، وأسهمت في تحقيق تنمية غير مسبوقة في البلاد، مؤكدة: « سأعود إلى بلادي هذا العام رغم كل العقبات ».

وكانت حسينة، البالغة من العمر 78 عاما، قد غادرت بنغلاديش إلى الهند صيف 2024، بعد احتجاجات طلابية واسعة أنهت حكمها الذي استمر 15 عاما. ومنذ ذلك الحين، لم تظهر علنا إلا في مناسبات محدودة، أبرزها كلمة ألقتها في نيودلهي مطلع العام الجاري.

وأصدرت في نونبر الماضي، محكمة في « دكا » حكما غيابيا بإعدامها شنقا، بعد إدانتها بالتحريض وإصدار أوامر بالقتل والتقاعس عن منع انتهاكات خلال الاضطرابات التي شهدتها البلاد. كما حظرت السلطات أنشطة حزبها، رابطة « عوامي »، الذي كان يُعد من أكبر الأحزاب السياسية في بنغلاديش.

وتأتي تصريحات حسينة في ظل استمرار التوتر بين دكا ونيودلهي، رغم تحسن العلاقات الثنائية، حيث تواصل السلطات البنغلاديشية مطالبة الهند بتسليمها لتنفيذ الأحكام الصادرة بحقها.
