قضت محكمة مستأنف أسرة مدينة نصر برفض الاستئناف المقدم من الفنان أحمد عز المطالب بتخفيض أجر مسكن الفنانة زينة ، وقضت بتأييد الحكم السابق الذي أقر مبلغ 35 ألف جنيه. وفي وقت سابق، قضت محكمة مستأنف الأسرة بالتجمع الخامس بعدم جواز نظر الالتماس المقدم من الفنان أحمد عز على الحكم الصادر بإلزامه بدفع 30 ألف
