رفع حالة التأهب القصوى لمواجهة تفشي محتمل لفيروس الإيبولا في مصر

رفعت السلطات الصحية في مصر حالة الاستعداد القصوى في جميع المنافذ الحدودية والمطارات وأقسام الحجر الصحي، عقب إعلان تفشي جديد لفيروس ايبولا في عدد من الدول الإفريقية، خصوصا في جمهورية الكونغو الديمقراطية وأوغندا.

وأكد وزير الصحة المصري أن الوضع الصحي داخل البلاد مستقر ولا توجد أي إصابات مؤكدة حتى الآن، مشيرا إلى أن الإجراءات الوقائية تشمل تعزيز المراقبة الصحية، والفحص المبكر للمسافرين القادمين من الدول المتأثرة، وتفعيل بروتوكولات العزل عند الاشتباه في أي حالة.

وأوضحت وزارة الصحة أن التنسيق جارٍ مع منظمة الصحة العالمية والمراكز الإفريقية لمكافحة الأمراض، لمتابعة تطورات الوضع الوبائي وتحديث الإرشادات الوقائية بشكل مستمر.

وأعلنت فيه منظمة الصحة العالمية تصنيف التفشي الحالي كطارئ صحي يستوجب اهتماما دوليا، مع التأكيد على أن الفيروس لا ينتقل عبر الهواء، وإنما عبر الاتصال المباشر بسوائل الجسم المصاب، ما يجعل السيطرة عليه ممكنة عبر إجراءات العزل والتتبع السريع.

وتؤكد السلطات المصرية أن لديها خبرات سابقة في التعامل مع الأوبئة، ما يعزز قدرتها على منع دخول الفيروس أو احتوائه في حال ظهوره، مع استمرار حالة اليقظة الصحية في جميع نقاط العبور.
