رقم صادم يكشف حجم الأزمة.. برلمانية تتحرك بقانون لمواجهة هدر الطعام

طالبت النائبة أميرة صابر بتحرك تشريعي لمواجهة ظاهرة هدر الطعام في مصر لتعزيز الأمن الغذائي.
تشير تقديرات منظمة الأغذية والزراعة إلى هدر ما بين 50 و91 كيلوجرامًا من الطعام للفرد سنويًا.
تتطلب مواجهة الهدر سد الفجوات التشريعية والتنفيذية وتطوير تقنيات التخزين والتبريد والتصنيع الغذائي.
دعت النائبة إلى تعزيز التنسيق بين الوزارات وتفعيل البحث العلمي لتقليل الفاقد في مراحل الإنتاج والتوزيع.

طالبت النائبة أميرة صابر، عضو مجلس الشيوخ، بضرورة التحرك تشريعيًا لمواجهة ظاهرة هدر الطعام في مصر، مؤكدة أن الملف يرتبط بشكل مباشر بالأمن الغذائي، ومشكلات الفقر
