رواندا تطلق هيئة جديدة للطعن في قرارات اللجوء.. ما الذي تغير؟

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

بدأت هيئة الاستئناف الخاصة باللاجئين في رواندا النظر في أولى الطعون على قرارات اللجوء.
تسمح الهيئة للمتقدمين بالاعتراض على قرارات رفض طلباتهم أو سحب صفة اللاجئ منهم.
تتمتع الهيئة باستقلال إداري ومالي وتعمل كجهة شبه قضائية لمراجعة القرارات الإدارية.
تستضيف رواندا نحو 139 ألفا و683 نازحا قسرا من دول مختلفة حتى يوليو الماضي.

أطلقت رواندا هيئة استئناف خاصة باللاجئين وطالبي اللجوء للنظر في الطعون وتعزيز الرقابة على القرارات بضمانات استقلال، ضمن نظام جديد يعزز حماية اللاجئين.
