روسيا تستورد البنزين من الهند للمرة الأولى وسط أزمة في الإمدادات المحلية

بدأت روسيا استيراد البنزين من الهند للمرة الأولى، في مؤشر على تفاقم نقص الوقود في السوق المحلية، بعد أن أدت الهجمات الأوكرانية المتكررة على مصافي التكرير الروسية إلى خفض معدلات الإنتاج.

وبحسب بيانات شركة كبلر، وصلت أول شحنة من البنزين الهندي إلى روسيا في 5 أغسطس، فيما يُتوقع وصول شحنات إضافية.

وبرزت شركة نايارا إنيرجي (Nayara Energy) الهندية، المدعومة من شركة روسنفت الروسية، كمصدر رئيسي لهذه الشحنات. ويتم نقل الوقود عبر سلسلة من الناقلات المرتبطة بروسيا، مع عمليات نقل من سفينة إلى أخرى قبالة السواحل المصرية.

وقال محللون إن وصول البنزين الهندي إلى السوق الروسية يعكس شدة الاختلال في سوق الوقود المحلية، بعدما أدت معدلات تشغيل المصافي المنخفضة إلى تغيير مسارات تجارة المنتجات النفطية الروسية التقليدية.

ووفقا لتقديرات EA Analytics تراجعت معدلات معالجة الخام في المصافي الروسية إلى نحو 3.6 مليون برميل يومياً خلال يوليو، أي أقل بنحو 30% من المستوى المعتاد.
