روسيا تطرح مشروع قرار بديلا بشأن الصحراء الغربية قبيل التصويت على المشروع الأمريكي

وزعت البعثة الروسية مشروع قرار مقتضباً يهدف لتمديد ولاية بعثة الأمم المتحدة للاستفتاء في الصحراء الغربية لمدة عام واحد.
يأتي التحرك الروسي كإجراء محتمل لاستخدام حق النقض ضد مشروع القرار الأمريكي الذي وضع بصيغته النهائية للتصويت.
قد تعود المفاوضات إلى المربع الأول في حال فشل اعتماد المشروعين الروسي والأمريكي وتجنب استخدام حق النقض.

الأمم المتحدة- “القدس العربي”: في تطور مفاجئ، الجمعة، وزعت البعثة الروسية مشروع قرار مقتضباً بشأن الصحراء الغربية، حصلت “القدس العربي” على نسخة منه، يقتصر على تمديد ولاية بعثة الأمم المتحدة للاستفتاء في الصحراء الغربية (مينورسو) لمدة عام واحد. ويشير التحرك الروسي إلى احتمال استخدام موسكو حق النقض (الفيتو) ضد مشروع القرار الأمريكي الذي وُضع بصيغته […]
