روسيا مدعوة إلى الأمم المتحدة لتفسير “فيتو” الصحراء الغربية

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

  • دعت الأمم المتحدة روسيا لتفسير استخدامها حق النقض ضد المشروع الأمريكي بشأن بعثة الصحراء الغربية.
  • انتهت ولاية بعثة مينورسو دون تجديد بعد فشل مجلس الأمن في اعتماد المقترحين الأمريكي والروسي.
  • تعد الجلسة المرتقبة للجمعية العامة إجراءً لمناقشة استخدام الفيتو وليس لإعادة تفعيل البعثة.
  • حذرت منظمات حقوقية من تدهور الأوضاع الإنسانية في مخيمات تندوف وطالبت بضمانات دولية لحماية السكان.
