زيادات مالية كبيرة للمعلمين.. رفع الحد الأدنى إلى 15 ألف جنيه وحافزى التدريس والجدارات

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

  • قررت وزارة التربية والتعليم والتعليم الفني رفع الحد الأدنى لأجور المعلمين إلى 15 ألف جنيه خلال العامين القادمين.
  • تتراوح أجور المعلمين بين 5 آلاف جنيه للمعلم المساعد و6 آلاف جنيه لكبير المعلمين خلال العامين الماليين المقبلين.
  • رفعت الوزارة حافز التدريس من 1000 جنيه إلى 2100 جنيه شهرياً من أكتوبر حتى يونيو.
  • أقرت الحكومة حافز الجدارات للفئات المتميزة بمبلغ يصل إلى 4000 جنيه شهرياً لمدة 9 أشهر وفق شروط محددة.

تتصدر الزيادات المالية للمعلمين وملف تحسين الأوضاع المعيشية للعاملين بقطاع التعليم اهتمامات المعلمين خلال الفترة الحالية، وقدمت وزارة التربية والتعليم والتعليم الفنى بقيادة الوزير محمد عبد اللطيف كثير من الامتيازات لأعضاء هيئة التدريس
