زيادة “رأسمال فيوليا” تنال الموافقة

أعلنت الهيئة المغربية لسوق الرساميل أنها أشرت، بتاريخ 26 ماي الجاري، على المنشور الأولي المتعلق بالزيادة في رأسمال شركة “Veolia Environnement” والمخصصة لأجراء المجموعة.

وأوضحت الهيئة سالفة الذكر، في بلاغ لها، أن زيادة رأس المال هذه ستتم عبر إصدار عدد أسهم أقصاه 14 مليونا و834 ألفا و468 سهما.

وتهم هذه العملية في المغرب أجراء شركات “فيوليا لخدمات البيئة المغرب”، و”فيوليا لبيئة الصناعات المغرب”، و”أمانديس”، و”ريضال”، و”أمانور”، و”فيوس للنفايات الخطرة” و”الشركة المغربية لسحق وإعادة تدوير المواد”.

وتمتد فترة الحجز في المغرب من 9 إلى 29 يونيو المقبل (مع احتساب اليوم الأول والأخير)؛ فيما سيتم تحديد سعر الاكتتاب بتاريخ 29 يوليوز من السنة الجارية.
