زيادة شهرية تصل لـ10 آلاف جنيه، تفاصيل مقترح بصندوق لتحسين رواتب أعضاء هيئة التدريس بالجامعات (خاص)

طرح مقترح لإنشاء صندوق خاص يهدف لتحسين رواتب أعضاء هيئة التدريس والمراكز البحثية بالجامعات.
يستهدف المقترح توفير زيادة شهرية تتراوح بين 6 آلاف و10 آلاف جنيه للأعضاء.
يعتمد تمويل الصندوق على موارد متنوعة تشمل إيرادات الجامعات الأهلية ورسوم الطلاب الوافدين وصناديق الجامعات.
يهدف المقترح إلى توفير تمويل مستدام لتحسين الأوضاع المعيشية والحفاظ على الكفاءات العلمية في الجامعات المصرية.

طرح الدكتور عادل النجدي، عميد كلية التربية ب جامعة أسيوط الأسبق، مقترحًا لإنشاء صندوق خاص يستهدف تحسين دخول أعضاء هيئة التدريس بالجامعات والمراكز البحثية، من خلال الاستفادة من الموارد والإيرادات المتاحة بقطاع التعليم العالي. جاء ذلك في ظل حالة الاستياء المتزايدة بين أعضاء هيئة التدريس بالجامعات المصرية،
