“ساسكو” تسجل ربحاً بـ 16.7 مليون دولار من فرق تقييم لاستثمارها في ” xAI”

تسلمت الشركة السعودية لخدمات السيارات والمعدات (ساسكو) بتاريخ 5 أغسطس 2026م من الصندوق الاستثماري القيمة العادلة لاستثمار الشركة في xAI، وذلك بعد إعلان القوائم المالية الأولية للربع الثاني من عام 2026م.

وأوضحت الشركة في بيان على “تداول السعودية” اليوم الخميس أن قيمة الاستثمار العادلة بتاريخ 30 يونيو 2026م بلغت 56.9 مليون دولار قبل خصم نسبة عدم قابلية التسويق وفقاً للمعايير الدولية لإعداد التقارير المالية.

وكانت القيمة المثبتة في القوائم المالية للشركة المعلنة للربع الثاني من عام 2026 تبلغ 36 مليون دولار قبل الخصم، و28.8 مليون دولار بعد خصم نسبة عدم قابلية التسويق.

وبناءً على التقييم الجديد، بلغ الربح الناتج من فرق التقييم 20.9 مليون دولار قبل الخصم، و16.7 مليون دولار بعد الخصم، بما يعادل 62.6 مليون ريال.

وأشارت الشركة إلى أنه سيتم تحديث القيمة العادلة للاستثمار ضمن القوائم المالية للربع الثالث من عام 2026، وفقاً للتقييم المحدث الذي ستستلمه الشركة من الصندوق في حينه.
