سبع دول في “أوبك بلس” ترفع إنتاج النفط 188 ألف برميل يومياً في تموز/يوليو

قررت سبع دول أعضاء في تحالف “أوبك بلس“، في اجتماع افتراضي عُقد الأحد 7 حزيران/يونيو 2026، تنفيذ تعديل في الإنتاج بزيادة قدرها 188 ألف برميل يومياً اعتباراً من تموز/يوليو 2026.

 

وأعلن التحالف في بيان أن الدول السبع — السعودية، وروسيا، والعراق، والكويت، وكازاخستان، والجزائر، وعُمان — اتخذت هذا القرار بعد مراجعة أوضاع السوق العالمية وتوقعاتها، في إطار التزامها الجماعي بدعم استقرار سوق النفط. ويُضاف هذا التعديل إلى سلسلة الرفع التدريجي للتخفيضات الطوعية التي أُعلن عنها في نيسان/أبريل 2023.

 

توزيع الزيادة بين الدول

تتوزع الزيادة البالغة 188 ألف برميل يومياً على الدول السبع وفق ما أورده البيان على النحو الآتي:

  • السعودية: ترفع إنتاجها بمقدار 62 ألف برميل يومياً ليبلغ المستوى المطلوب 10.353 مليون برميل يومياً
  • روسيا: ترفع إنتاجها بمقدار 62 ألف برميل يومياً ليبلغ المستوى المطلوب 9.824 مليون برميل يومياً
  • العراق: يرفع إنتاجه بمقدار 26 ألف برميل يومياً ليبلغ المستوى المطلوب 4.378 مليون برميل يومياً
  • الكويت: ترفع إنتاجها بمقدار 16 ألف برميل يومياً ليبلغ المستوى المطلوب 2.644 مليون برميل يومياً
  • كازاخستان: ترفع إنتاجها بمقدار 10 آلاف برميل يومياً ليبلغ المستوى المطلوب 1.608 مليون برميل يومياً
  • الجزائر: ترفع إنتاجها بمقدار 6 آلاف برميل يومياً ليبلغ المستوى المطلوب 995 ألف برميل يومياً
  • عُمان: ترفع إنتاجها بمقدار 5 آلاف برميل يومياً ليبلغ المستوى المطلوب 831 ألف برميل يومياً

 

مرونة واحتراز

أكد التحالف في بيانه أن التعديلات الطوعية المعلنة في نيسان/أبريل 2023 “قد تُعاد كلياً أو جزئياً وفقاً للظروف المتطورة في السوق وبصورة تدريجية”، مشدداً على احتفاظه بـ”المرونة الكاملة” لرفع أو تجميد أو التراجع عن الخطة في أي وقت، بما في ذلك عكس التخفيضات الطوعية المُعلنة في تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 2023.

 

التعويض عن الإنتاج الفائض

طالب البيان الدول الأعضاء بتسريع تعويضها عن كميات الإنتاج الفائضة المتراكمة منذ كانون الثاني/يناير 2024، مع تمديد فترة التعويض حتى نهاية كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2026. وأشار البيان إلى أن هذا الإجراء سيُتيح للدول المخالفة فرصة تسريع التسوية، ضمن الالتزام بـ”إعلان التعاون”، فيما ستُتابع لجنة المراقبة الوزارية المشتركة (JMMC) مستويات الامتثال لدى الدول الأعضاء.

 

اجتماعات شهرية مقررة

قررت الدول السبع عقد اجتماعات شهرية منتظمة لمتابعة أوضاع السوق ومستويات الامتثال، على أن يُعقد الاجتماع المقبل في 5 تموز/يوليو 2026.
