عين الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترمب ستيفن ميلر في منصب كبير موظفي البيت الأبيض كأحد المقربين منه منذ فترة طويلة.
يعد ميلر مهندساً رئيسياً لسياسات الهجرة المتشددة ومؤيداً لفرض الرسوم الجمركية ومدافعاً عن الحرب على إيران.
