«سدايا» ترفع الجاهزية التقنية للمنافذ البرية والبحرية والجوية تيسيرًا لمغادرة ضيوف الرحمن

عززت الهيئة السعودية للبيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي «سدايا» جاهزيتها التقنية ضمن جهودها لتيسير مغادرة ضيوف الرحمن بعد أداء مناسك حج هذا العام 1447هـ، من خلال رفع الجاهزية التقنية للمنافذ البرية والبحرية والجوية، وتقديم مختلف أوجه الدعم لها؛ لضمان سهولة إجراءات مغادرة ضيوف الرحمن بكل سلاسة، وتقديم أفضل الخدمات القائمة على أحدث التقنيات لحجاج بيت الله الحرام عبر هذه المنافذ.

واستكملت الكوادر الهندسية في «سدايا» مهامها في تنفيذ الاختبارات الدورية لدوائر الاتصال بمختلف تقنياتها، إلى جانب أعمال الصيانة الوقائية للمكونات التقنية؛ بما يضمن إنجاز إجراءات مغادرة الحجاج بكل يسر وسهولة.

وواصلت «سدايا» تقديم الدعم التقني لمحطات العمل الثابتة والمتنقلة في جميع المنافذ الحدودية التي يغادر من خلالها ضيوف الرحمن، حيث جرى تزويدها بأحدث التقنيات لتقديم خدمات متكاملة للحجاج.

وتأتي هذه الجهود امتدادًا لدور «سدايا» في تسخير البيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي لدعم منظومة الحج بالتكامل مع الجهات الحكومية ذات العلاقة، بما يسهم في رفع كفاءة العمليات التشغيلية، ورفع مستوى الخدمات التقنية المقدمة في المنافذ، وتمكين ضيوف الرحمن من استكمال رحلة عودتهم إلى أوطانهم بكل يسر وطمأنينة.
