سريلانكا تطرح 4 مناطق أمام شركات التنقيب عن النفط

قال مدير عام هيئة تنمية قطاع البترول في سريلانكا نايل دي سبلفا إن الهيئة طرحت 4 مناطق بحرية أمام شركات التنقيب عن النفط في جولة لبيع تراخيص التنقيب اليوم الثلاثاء.

ونقلت وكالة بلومبرغ للأنباء عن بيان للهيئة القول إن المناطق البحرية توجد في حقل مانار غرب سريلانكا وتمتد على مساحة 33964 كيلومتر مربع.

وسيتم طرح وثائق المزايدة اعتباراً من اليوم، مع إتاحة البيانات اعتباراً من أول سبتمبر/أيلول، بحسب ما نقلته وكالة الأنباء الألمانية (د.ب.أ).

وأضاف بيان الهيئة أن سريلانكا ستلتقي بممثلي شركات الطاقة خلال قمة الطاقة العالمية في لندن نهاية سبتمبر/أيلول المقبل، ومؤتمر ومعرض آسيا لعلوم الأرض البترولية في كوالالمبور يومي 16 و17 نوفمبر/تشرين الثاني المقبل.
