سعد الدين سمير: أثق في ارساء اتحاد الكرة مباديء العدالة ومنحي حقوقي المالية المتأخرة من مودرن سبورت

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

يطالب سعد الدين سمير نادي مودرن سبورت بسداد مستحقاته المالية المتأخرة رغم صدور قرارات رسمية بأحقيته فيها.
أكد اللاعب ثقته في الاتحاد المصري لكرة القدم لضمان تنفيذ القرارات الصادرة لصالح حقوقه.
تقدم اللاعب بطلب لوقف قيد النادي لحين تنفيذ القرار وسداد كامل مستحقاته المتأخرة.

بعد مرور أكثر من عامين على انتهاء تعاقدي مع نادي مودرن سبورت، لا تزال مستحقاتي المالية لدى النادي دون سداد، رغم صدور قرار من لجنة شؤون اللاعبين بالاتحاد المصري لكرة القدم بأحقيتي فيها، وتأييده من لجنة التظلمات.

كما تقدم النادي بشكوى ضدي لدى الاتحاد المصري لكرة القدم، تضمنت إقرارًا بأحقيتي في مستحقاتي المالية، وانتهى الاتحاد إلى حفظ الشكوى، في حين لا يزال النادي ممتنعًا عن سداد مستحقاتي رغم صد
